these cmdlets simplify making decisions on test flow

Internal - numerous minor fixes

A serious number of unit tests have been added, to these that already were on the project as integration tests

Bugfix in BackUp-TMXTestResults:
1. adding escape characters to sring data (at least, part)
2. ErrorRecord is now supported as a string

Known issue: only one screenshot per test result.

If all that you need is no work with test cases in memory, processor architecture (32/64-bit) does not matter .

New features:

creating a database for repositories of objects (prototype):
New-TMXTestDB -FileName .\1.db3 -Name 01 -RepositoryDB

creating a database for tst structure and code (test suites, test scenarios, test cases) (prototype):
New-TMXTestDB -FileName .\1.db3 -Name 01 -StructureDB

creating a database for test results:
New-TMXTestDB -FileName .\1.db3 -Name 01 -ResultsDB

opening a database for repositories of objects and test results:
Open-TMXTestDB -FileName .\1.db3 -Name 01 -RepositoryDB -ResultsDB

dumping all the test results into the current ResultsDB database:
Backup-TMXTestResults

loading test results from a database to powershell (not yet implemented):
Restore-TMXTestResults

closing a database:

now return test results, test scenarios, test suites sorted by
- date/time (test results)
- time spent (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
- Id (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
- Name (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
- Pass rate, i.e. pass/all ratio (test suites, test scenarios)
- Fail rate, i.e. fail/all ratio (test suites, test scenarios)
and filtered by the following conditions:
- date/time
- time spent
- test result Id, scenario Id, suite Id
- name (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
- top N
- passed (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
- failed (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
- not tested (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
- known issue (test suites, test scenarios, test results)
